Our delivery process, explained

Every Jem'aime piece is made only once an order is received. Nothing is held in surplus. Nothing is produced in advance. This means that delivery can take 4 - 8 weeks.

We understand that this is longer than standard e-commerce expectations. It is also entirely intentional and due to an artisanal process that guarantees a one-of-a-kind, high quality, handmade product.

Why We Do Not Hold Stock

Jem'aime was founded on the belief that what touches a baby’s skin should be made with the same deliberation as any meaningful family object.

By producing only what is ordered, we avoid excess. Each piece begins its life with a purpose already assigned - to belong to one child, one family, one moment of early life.
