What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know by emailing customercare@jem-aime.com and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account. Your order information will be connected to your email. If you want to check on the status of your order, you will be able to do so via only your email. We will automatically email you a code that allows you to see your order status via the customer account link in the top right of our website.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are made-to-order in this first limited collection, so your order will arrive with you within 4-8 weeks of ordering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are exclusively hand-made in the north of Italy in an artisanal facility that works with a variety of Italian luxury brands.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order at checkout. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has already been placed and paid for, we will unfortunately not be able to add or remove any items to or from your order until you have received them (at which point we can process a return).
Where do you ship?

At this point, we ship to the entire EU, Switzerland and Norway. A list of all countries can be selected from at checkout. If your country is not in the list, we sadly currently cannot ship to your location.
Is your packaging gift-ready?

Yes. All Jem'aime orders are wrapped with intention and restraint, suitable for gifting without excess or waste.
What are Jem'aime products made from?

All our products are made from either pure milk-derived fibers or a combination of milk-derived fibers and organic cotton. This material is naturally soft, breathable, and gentle against sensitive skin.
Are your products suitable for newborns?

Yes. Our products are designed with the sensitivities of newborn skin in mind and are appropriate from birth, while still being beneficial long into a child's life.
How should I care for my Je m'aime item?
  • Wash gently at a maximum of 30°C
  • Use a delicate spin cycle, up to 400 rpm
  • Do not tumble dry; lay flat or air-dry away from direct sunlight
  • Use a very mild detergent, ideally formulated for baby garments, silk, or cashmere
  • Do not use stain removers, bleaching, or whitening agents
  • Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the fabric
Will the fabric change with washing?

With correct care, the material will soften further while retaining its structure. Our products are made for not only the life of your little one, but for many generations after.
